Me as the CLAMP Angel Shirley Fenette from Code Geass

This cotume was mostly closet. I altered my dress a bit, and while it wasnt exactly like hers, it definitly did the trick. Despite my pesky long ribbons and the many times they fell off (and those pesky wings) it is a fun and carefree outfit.

Me and my good college buddy when on an escapade to a cemetery, completely trespassing, and did a beautiful yet paranoid shoot.

Wow, so pretty! And I love that you adapted the costume from items you had in your closet. I believe that cosplaying doesn't always have to be exactly like the originals in every detail, as long as you capture the essence of the character and costume. (Maybe that's because I'm too poor to spend a lot of money on making/buying cosplay things.)

Anyway, this is a really nice photo. The pink ribbon in particular stands out nicely and gives a good anchor point to the pic.

Thank you so much for all your kind words! I agree, part of cosplaying is also wearing the personality. I think cosplayers are expected to act like who they look like -- so that way everyone enjoying them at conventions is even more excitied!
