Bioshock Cosplay - Elizabeth's Pinky Tutorial by Aicosu Bioshock Cosplay - Elizabeth's Pinky Tutorial by Aicosu
A lot of people asked me how I did the thimble/pinky trick this last weekend at Anime Boston, so I figured I'd share the method!

It's super easy, simple, and very fast to do. If you have any questions let me know!

Photos by Autumnribbons and IndieNate respectively!

Now, thanks to Burial at Sea, you don't even need the thimble XD  But, great idea and cool cosplay! I love it!

Great cosplay! I'll be cosplaying Elizabeth for a con in may and I'd like to know what pinky you put the thimble on, right or left lol.

She lost her pinky as a child when Booker tried to save her. It's where she got her powers from.

That's pretty cool. I was wondering how you did that without photoshop. I never guessed that you actually glued your finger down though. That's dedication.

Awesome, thanks! I was thinking of cosplaying Elizabeth at some point. I wonder though, wouldn't it be uncomfortable for your pinky to be in that position so long? I feel like my pinky/hand in general will get sore and uncomfortable like that...

So long as you don't fold it way too tight, its actually not noticeable! I wore mine for a good 6 hours or so without any after pain or cramping. It just feels a little funny after, like its 'missing.' :)

Huh, interesting. If I ever do get to cosplay Elizabeth (my new cosplay endevours are all on hold until I have time and money to put into them xD), I will have to try this :) Thanks!

Wow, bravo! I love it when cosplayers make sure to get their outfits acurate, and don't miss bits because it would be 'too hard' to do! Good job!!

Nope! So long as you don't fold your finger too tightly, its not noticeable at all. It just feels a little funny later. :)
